Step 5. Instruct your customers on how to continue setup on the Enterprise portal

After you register a customer as Enterprise on the TeamMate Connector Enterprise portal, they will be able to take over the Trunk integration setup.

Provide your customers with the instructions on how to perform the mandatory steps:

1. Complete the Enterprise registration

2. Configure Direct Routing

The next steps are: Create Trunk Profile (can be done both from the Reseller or Enterprise portal) and Assign DID numbers to Trunk Profile (can be done from the Reseller portal only). We recommend you perform both these steps for your customers from the Reseller portal.
