This guide is intended for any service provider (PortaSwitch owner) who wishes to offer Microsoft Teams integration (PBX) to their customers.
NOTE: Before you start the configuration, make sure you completed the registration on the Reseller portal (it is required only once).
The configuration consists of a series of steps on the Reseller portal, such as adding customers as Enterprises (performed by the service provider), and on the Enterprise portal, such as setting up the redirect routing and adding PBX and users (performed by the customer).
