Step 5. Instruct your customers on how to continue setup on the Enterprise portal

After you register a customer as Enterprise on the TeamMate Connector Enterprise portal, they will be able to take over the PBX integration setup and start using the service.

Provide your customers with the instructions on how to perform the mandatory steps:

1. Complete the Enterprise registration

2. Configure Direct Routing

The next steps are: Add a PBX instance and Add PBX (Teams) users. We recommend that you perform these steps for your customers from the Reseller portal since you already have all the required configuration details. However, if your customers want to perform these steps from the Enterprise portal, you can provide your customers with these instructions:

5. Perform a sync if users were added by anyone other than the Microsoft Global Admin
