Configure when customers receive notifications about their quota usage.
Threshold units
Specify threshold units for the notifications as:
- Service units (minutes, kilobytes, megabytes, etc.) or the amount of money (USD, EUR, etc.)
- Percent, %
For example, you created a 100-minute quota. To send your customers a notification when 20% out of the 100-minute quota remains:
- select Percent in the Threshold units field and
- specify 20 in the Remaining peak period quota field.
When customers use 80 minutes of their quota, they receive a notification that 20% worth of calls is left.

Notify users about their remaining amount of quota for the peak period. Specify the notification threshold. When the remaining amount reaches the threshold, a user receives a notification.

This threshold is active if you configured the off-peak threshold.

Peak period quota is exhausted
Turn on the toggle to send notifications to users when their quota for the peak period is exhausted.

Turn on the toggle to send notifications to users when their quota for the off-peak period is exhausted.
Second off-peak period quota is exhausted
Turn on the toggle to send notifications to users when their quota for the second off-peak period is exhausted.
