Here you can specify a phone number for customer support where a user can be redirected if they need help. For example, if a transaction fails, a user hears “Press 1 to try again, press 2 to call the customer service number”. After the user dials 2, they will be connected to customer support. The call will be billed according to the user’s tariff.

The number should be specified in E.164 format.
