When the toggle is turned on, the end users can check the current balance using this application’s voice menu.

By default, the Allow to check account balance option is disabled.

Allow to place an outgoing call

Turn on the toggle to enable the Direct Inward System Access (DISA) functionality for the own voice mailbox access application. When the toggle is turned on, the end users can make outgoing calls using this application’s voice menu. For example, when a user is on a business trip and wants to save on an international call, they can dial the IVR application's phone number from their mobile phone and then, using the IVR menu, make an international call via their company’s PBX.

By default, the Allow to place an outgoing call option is disabled.

Extended greetings options menu

When the toggle is turned on, the end users have access to the extended greeting options menu where they can change their voicemail greetings. For example, a user can record a customized greeting that includes information about their schedule. See more details here.
